Kiara Sky Rub On Top Coat instructions for use
- Apply a layer of Rub On Top Coat over your chosen base color and cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or under an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
- After curing, rub your effect powder onto the surface of the polish.
- Apply a second coat of your desired gel top coat over the effect powder to seal it to the nail and cure under a UV lamp for 2 min or an LED lamp for 60 s.
