If you need to cancel your participation in the course, it must be done at least 14 days before the course.
For courses cancelled after this time, we will charge 1/2 of the course price. For courses cancelled less than 7 days in advance, we will charge the full course price.
Cancellations are always made by email. We do not accept cancellations via text message, cancellations are sent by email. If you register for a course less than 7 weekdays (Mon-Fri) before the start of the course, it is binding from the moment of registration and the above conditions apply. If you become ill just before or during the course, we require a doctor's certificate so that we can reschedule the course date.

The training must have at least 3 people in order to take place. If the training is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money.
