Strong Adhesive Gel can be used for attaching embellishments and full-cover tips.
Attaching full-cover tips:
- Prepare the nail as usual and apply a layer of Bluesky gel base coat or a thicker Fast & Easy Builder Gel to protect the nail.
- Apply gel to the inside of the tip and press the tip onto the nail, starting from the cuticle line. Ensure no air bubbles are trapped between the nail and the tip.
- If gel spills outside the tip, clean off the excess gel before curing.
- Cure with a UV lamp for 2 min or an LED lamp for 60 sec.
Attaching embellishments:
- Prepare the nail as usual and apply 1-2 layers of your desired color polish over the gel base coat. Cure with a UV lamp for 2 min or an LED lamp for 60 sec.
- Apply a drop of gel adhesive to the nail and place the embellishment in the gel.
- Once you are satisfied with the placement of the embellishment, cure with a UV lamp for 2 min or an LED lamp for 60 sec.
- Seal the embellishment by applying gel adhesive around it with a thin detail brush.
- Cure with a UV lamp for 2 min or an LED lamp for 60 sec.
- Apply a layer of gel top coat to the nail and cure with a UV lamp for 2 min or an LED lamp for 60 sec.
Notes:
- Avoid placing products in front of a UV/LED lamp, as they will cure and become unusable. Sunlight's UV rays also cure the products, so do not apply polish near a window or outdoors, even on cloudy days.
- If the polish shows bright streaks, the product's pigment has separated from the polish, and the bottle must be thoroughly shaken.
- After curing gel polishes, the surface remains tacky to allow gel layers to adhere to each other. Therefore, the polish has cured correctly despite the tacky surface. If impurities adhere to the tacky surface, they can be removed using cleanser wipes.
