"Bougie Baby - blue holo glitter on a clear base. This ( surprise surprise blue!) caught my attention first in the collection. One downside here was that this was the thinnest in the collection; you had to apply thick layers to get coverage. Maybe dabbing with a sponge would give you the fastest coverage. So on the nails, three thick layers + top coat."
