I'M OUTTA HERE - A bright mint/aqua creme. Two coats were needed for good coverage.

“One of Color Club's new spring/summer collections is called Whatever Forever and includes 12 neon pastel creme polishes. The color range is wide - from soft peach to bright neon green. Overall, the collection is close to perfection. If you like bright and neon shades and don't want to apply unnecessary layers of polish, I recommend trying these.

None of the polishes need a white base coat to make the color shine better, but everything is covered with two coats. I personally tried a trick with a few lighter shades by applying slightly thicker coats so that I didn't have to apply a third.
