Extend the life of your manicure with a base coat that is formulated to allow moisture and air to pass through. Advanced oxygen technology creates a “breathable” film on the natural nail that makes the polish last longer.

Instructions for use: Add one coat under color. For an even more breathable finish, use with Eco Envy top coat.

Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/ Neopentyl Glycol/ Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Benzophenone-3, Perfluorodecalin, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Dimethicone, Violet 2 (CI 60725).
