You can cut the flowers even smaller if you want. Place them in the same way as dried flowers directly on the primed nail before applying gel or acrylic powder. This way, they will remain under the actual nail polish, allowing you to file the shape of the nail without damaging the decoration.

If you want to remove the decorations, they must be removed by filing during maintenance.
