Did you know that acrylic dust settles on surfaces within an hour, while gel dust can remain
in the air for over 4 hours?
Even if a manicurist works with a respirator during the filing phase, they inhale nail dust into their lungs daily.
56% of the dust entering the lungs comes from workstation surfaces during the procedure.
The remaining 44% of the dust entering the lungs during breaks comes from other
surfaces where dust has settled, such as acrylic dust on a coffee cup.
The horizontal filter installation allows for a large dust collection area - 24 cm (instead of the traditional
13 cm). Due to the powerful pressure of the two centrifugal motors in the Style PRO model,
dust does not rise into the air but settles as concentrated granules on the grooved compartments of the filter.
The microfiber structure of the HEPA filter practically cleans 100% of the air from the smallest
particles of nail dust and toxic fumes. And thanks to the grooved shape of the dense material,
the dust adheres to the compartments.
The entire process of cleaning or replacing the filter takes no more than 10 minutes.
The filter is held in place by an easily removable metal grille. It is recommended to replace
a filter that has been in active use every 3 months.

Due to the updated design, SHEMAX vacuum cleaners are now even more efficient, collecting up to 20% more dust.

The metal grate resting on magnets is decorated with the SheMax logo. The magnets make use and filter cleaning easier.
The new minimalist design makes filter replacement even faster.
 
Thanks to its large dust capture area (24x17cm), the Style PRO literally prevents dust from rising into the air or accumulating on the work surface. It instantly sucks up the dust, compresses it, and stores it in the dust filters.
 
SheMax's unique functionality is based on two centrifugal motors, custom-made for SheMax.
These allow the nail dust collector to suck up dust evenly from all directions, at a speed of up to 3.7m/s.
The continuous operating time of each motor is 6 years.
 
Thanks to technical upgrades, the vacuum cleaners are even more durable.
A separate ON/OFF button has been added to the vacuum cleaners.
 
SheMax utilizes technology that prevents dust from accumulating on the motor walls, instead drawing all dust into the filter. The filter is placed directly above the motor, so it catches dust before it can reach the motor. Compressed dust can no longer float around and is easily disposed of. This is why SheMax started using sealed compartments instead of traditional dust bags.
 
The Style PRO model is the world's lowest nail dust collector - its height is only 7cm, and it weighs only 2.3kg. The vacuum cleaner takes up only 36x20cm of space on the desk.

Ukrainian SheMax is the first factory in the world to specifically research the relationship between the suction and power of existing dust collector models and develop a unique motor structure.
