Did you know that acrylic dust settles on surfaces within an hour, while gel dust can remain
in the air for over 4 hours?
Even if a manicurist works with a respirator during the filing phase, they daily inhale
nail dust into their lungs. 56% of the dust entering the lungs comes from workstation surfaces
during the procedure. The remaining 44% of the dust entering the lungs comes from other
surfaces during breaks, where dust has settled, such as acrylic dust settled in a coffee cup.
The horizontal installation of the filter allows for a large dust collection area - 24 cm (instead of the traditional
13 cm). Due to the strong pressure of the two centrifugal motors in the Style PRO model,
dust does not rise into the air but settles on the filter's grooved compartments as condensed
granules.
The microfiber structure of the HEPA filter practically cleans 100% of the air from the smallest
nail dust particles and toxic fumes. And the grooved shape of the dense material helps
the dust adhere to the compartments.
The entire filter cleaning or replacement process takes no more than 10 minutes.
The filter is held in place by an easily removable metal grate. It is recommended to replace
a filter that has been in active use every 3 months.

Due to their updated design, SHEMAX dust collectors are now even more efficient, collecting up to 20% more dust.

The metal grate resting on magnets is decorated with the SheMax logo. The magnets make it easy to use and simplify the filter cleaning process.
The new minimalist design makes filter changes even faster.
 
Thanks to its large dust collection area (24x17cm), the Style PRO literally prevents dust from rising into the air or accumulating on the work surface. It instantly sucks up the dust, compresses it, and stores it in the dust filters.
 
SheMax's unique performance is based on two centrifugal motors, custom-made for SheMax.
They enable the nail dust collector to suck dust evenly from all directions, at a speed of up to 3.7m/s.
The uninterrupted operating time of each motor is 6 years.
 
Thanks to technical upgrades, the dust collectors are now even more durable.
A separate ON/OFF button has been added to the dust collectors.
 
SheMax utilizes technology that prevents dust from accumulating on the motor walls, and instead sucks all the dust into the filter. The filter is placed directly above the motor, so it catches the dust before it can reach the motor. The compressed dust can no longer float around and is easily disposed of. This is why SheMax started using closed compartments instead of traditional dust bags.
 
The Style PRO model is the lowest nail dust collector in the world - its height is only 7cm, and it weighs only 2.3kg. On the desk, the dust collector takes up only 36x20cm of space.
