Even if the manicurist works with a respirator during the filing phase, they inhale nail dust into their lungs daily. 56% of the dust entering the lungs comes from the workstation surfaces during the procedure. The remaining 44% of the dust entering the lungs during breaks comes from other surfaces where dust has settled, such as acrylic dust on a coffee cup.
The horizontal installation of the filter allows for a wide dust collection area - 24 cm (instead of the traditional 13 cm). Due to the strong pressure of the two centrifugal motors in the Style PRO model, dust does not rise into the air but settles on the grooved compartments of the filter as compacted granules.
The microfibre structure of the HEPA filter cleans virtually 100% of the air from the smallest nail dust particles and toxic fumes. And the grooved shape of the dense material helps the dust adhere to the compartments.
The entire process of cleaning or replacing the filter takes no more than 10 minutes. The filter stays in place with an easily removable metal grate. It is recommended to replace the filter in active use every 3 months.
