Kiara Sky's Rub On Non-Wipe Gel Top Coat is the perfect base for effect powders!
The surface of the varnish hardens to a soft and rubbery state, which helps the effect powders adhere.
Curing time with UV lamp 2min or with LED lamp 60s.
Instructions
- Apply a layer of Rub On Top Coat over your chosen base color and cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or under an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
- After curing, rub your effect powder onto the surface of the polish.
- Apply a second coat of your desired gel top coat over the effect powder to seal it to the nail and cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
