Beautiful "shell" effect powder.
Color: GREEN
Use:
- Apply a layer of Base Coat to the nail and cure. (UV 2min / LED 60 sec)
- Apply 1-3 coats of colored polish to the nail and cure.
- Apply a coat of Non-Wipe Top Coat to the nail and cure.
- Take the powder and rub it onto the top coat using either a clean finger, an eyeshadow brush, or a silicone applicator.
- Wipe excess powder from the nail surface with a dusting brush.
- Apply another coat of top coat to seal the powder and cure. You're done!
